Juventus’ attempts to tempt Tottenham, Crystal Palace and Fulham into a €20m move for Nicolò Fagioli appear to have failed.
That’s according to Corriere dello Sport, who report that Juventus’ attempts to drum up interest in the midfielder in England have so far failed.
The newspaper reports that Fagioli is leaving Juventus and they’ve been trying to drum up interest in him all month.
They sounded out the English market at the beginning of January, with Crystal Palace, Fulham and Tottenham all approached about a €20m transfer.
None of those three have bit at this point, though. Why that is the case isn’t mentioned, but it appears Juventus’ attempts haven’t paid off at this moment in time.
Perhaps they will look at the situation again towards the end of the window and try to lure the Premier League trio in with a discount.
For now, though, it appears Crystal Palace, Fulham and Tottenham have shown no interest in the 23-year-old.
He’s perhaps a name to keep an eye on as Juventus continue their efforts to move him on, but the Premier League doesn’t look likely to be a destination for him as yet.
